The wake and visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St. in Oak Lawn, Illinois.
He was dressed in uniform and his coffin was surrounded by a computer-generated slide show of family pictures and flower arrangements from his family and Chicago police.
The funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2008 at St. Bede Roman Catholic Church, 8300 S. Kostner Ave. Interment will follow at Lincoln Cemetery, 12300 S. Kedzie Ave. in Alsip.
