SECOND MAN IN TRAFFIC CRASH DIES
Kelly Rush, 41, Lily, died Friday at the Patty A. Clay Hospital in Richmond from injuries received tuesday night of last week in a traffic accident that claimed the life of another Laurel countian.
William Delmas Tuttle, 27, Route 1, Corbin, died at the scene of the mishap, three and one-half miles south of Richmond on Highway 25.
Carl Ray Tuttle, 26, his brother was injured seriously and is confined in the Richmond hospital.
According to state police, the car in which the Laurel Countians were riding, left the highway, plunged over an eight-foot embankment and overturned end-over-end.
LAST RITES SUNDAY
Funeral services for Rush were conducted at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Providence Baptist Church by the Revs. Denvis Rush and Bill George, followed by burial in the Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery.
Nephews acted at pallbearers.
Survivors are his wife, Chloe, Lily;
two daughters, Mrs Robert Chandler, Lexington; and
Mrs. Leon Farris, McHargue;
one son, Dennis Rush, Lily; one grandson;
father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Rush, Blackwater;
two brothers, Felix and Elmer Rush, London;
a half-brother, John S. Rush, Danville;
three sisters, Mrs. Dora Smith, London; Mrs.Maggie Cottongim, Detroit; and Mrs. Cora Bentley, London;
a half-sister, Mrs. Lucy Mullins, Blackwater.
