BARBARA DuBOUX STEELE Barbara was born in Santa Barbara, California on December 31, 1948, and passed away on September 28, 2008 in Corona, California. Barbara is survived by her husband of 39 years, Kenneth, three daughters, Kimberly Steele, Heather Steele, Sarah Montalvo (Joe), and one son, Kenneth Steele jr. (Krislyn), and three grandchildren, Natalina, Christian, and Christopher. Barbara served in the ministry with her husband for 31 years, was a former member of the Riverside Master Chorale, and the Christian Theatre Troupe. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at Country Life Fellowship, 1111 Sixth Street, Norco, California. Those attending are requested to bring a single rose to honor the memory of Barbara.

Not a day goes by when I don't think of you. I miss you so much and I know its pretty selfish of me to feel this way. Don't worry about Daddy. We are being nice to each other. I know you dont know this but you did get to come home the other day. You would have liked it, we were all there and we laughed and ate and argued a little bit but we had as much fun as we could have without you there. Thank you for raising me with grace and dignity. Your everlasting strength will endure always within all of us. You taught us how to stand up for ourselves, fight for what was right and to always be here for each other. I am so proud that I am your daughter.
