Wm. C. Packham
HOBART -- William C. Packham, age 54, passed away at his home at 820 Main street on Friday. He has resided in Hobart his entire life. He was a member of the Hobart American Legion, who took part in funeral services held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Pflughoeft chapel. Rev. H. L. Adams of the Methodist church officiated and burial was in Hobart cemetery. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lilla Packham; one son, Richard, a naval air cadet stationed in Texas; his father, Ben; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Terrell of Battle Creek, Mich., and Mrs. Eliza Joyce of Gary; also three brothers Ben, Gideon and John.
