Came to Canada with his parents and five sisters at the age of 13. Settled at Lot 18, Clifton, New Brunswick and married Susan May Hill (buried at Clifton). He was gored to death by a bull in his barn. His daughter Annie Hill Eady died the same evening after being advised of her father's death.
