Lenora Bowling Tuck, 93, of 9639 Hurdle Mills Rd., died Monday, September 8, 2008, at her home. Born in Person County, Mrs. Tuck was the daughter of the late William and Fayetta Pucci Bowling and wife of the late George Fleming "Sport" Tuck. Mrs. Tuck was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Tuck is survived by her children, Claiborne Tuck and wife Phyllis, of Roxboro, Errol Tuck, of Hurdle Mills, Sharon Elaine Tuck White and husband Tom, of Silver Spring, MD, the late Iris Chrisman and husband Chris, of Hughesville, MD, the late Franklin Earl Tuck and wife Sandra, of Roxboro; one sister, Novella Painter, of Hurdle Mills; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Her late siblings were Gattis Bowling and Margaret Land.
Graveside services were held 2PM Saturday, September 13, 2008 at Person Memorial Cemetery.
