Mrs. Ivey Emerson, of the Agricola Community died at the Mobile Infirmary Monday, after a short illness, and was brought back and buried in the Agricola cemetery Tuesday morning.
Mrs. Emerson was sick only a short while and the sad news was a shock to her friends, who extend their deepest sympathy to her loved ones she leaves behind, which includes her husband, two twin babies two weeks old, her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Parker, two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Nix, with her classmates of the class of 1932, as pallbearers, the boys being active pallbearers. McKays Morticians were in charge.
