Athens, AL - Mrs. Ira Lee Meals, 89, of Rt. 10, died Saturday at the Athens-Limestone Hospital.
The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home with burial in the Athens City Cemetery.
Mrs. Meals was a member of the Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Stoner of Huntsville and Marie Wills of Birmingham; three sons, Marshall Meals, Harold Meals and Gerald Meals, all of Athens; two sisters, Nona Smith and Martha Hudson, both of Athens; six brothers, Bennie Glaze, James Glaze and Marvin Glaze, all of Athens, Crutcher Glaze of Decatur, Donald Glaze of Florence and Fred Glaze of Birmingham; 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
