Minta was a hard worker before they had permanent press clothes she ironed the clothes for just about everyone in Payson (the batchelors for sure)When ever day or night 24/7 there always was a pot of Ham Hock soup a simmering on the stove for your consumption and home-made bread and sweet rolls that were way better than you could ever buy in any grocery store. Minta had Daughters Ila and Lorna Dockstader and Sons Duane and Max Ellis Dockstader from her first marriage to Raymond Dockstader and two girls Sandy and Jackie by her second husband Elmo Smith.
