Efrain was born in Camaguey, Cuba to Enrique Angel Hernandez and Hilda Rosa Capiro Montes De Oca on November 23, 1962. Efrain has two older brothers, Enrique and Eddie, a younger sister Carmen and his youngest brother Ernie. Efrain graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology (N.J.I.T) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Pilot Slot from the R.O.T.C. Efrain Entered the U.S. Air Force upon graduation from college. He flew the C-5's and was part of the Persian Golf War transporting Tanks, Helicopters, supplies and even the Presidential Limo....
