Fay Beatrice Duncan was the daughter of Eva Bessie Pantier (1884-1968) and Claud Clarence Duncan (1882-1943).

She married Edward Charles Rudloff (1901-1975) in 1924 in Burbank, Los Angeles County, California.
Children:
• Donald Keith Rudloff (1926-2008)
• Dolores Faye (Rudloff) Smith (1936-__)

Fay died as the result of a natural gas explosion and the ensuing fire in her home.
