"A quiet ceremony, performed by Rev. H. S. Springall on Monday morning at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George A. von Blucher, made Mr. Philip Oran Perkins of New Mexico and Miss Anna Marie Crawford of this city man and wife. The bride is the daughter of Mr. J.N. Crawford, who resides in Corpus Christi."
