Son of Johan Jacob Lenhart and Anna Maria Keel. Husband of Christina Lenhart. Henry is considered the founder of Lenhartsville, Pennsylvania, on land once owned by his grandfather Johan Peter Lenhart. The Lenhart Farm, built by 1830, was listed on the National register of Historic Places in 1978. It is a "2 and 1/2 story, five-bay, brownstone dwell in the Georgian style, " according to Wikipedia. "Also on the property are a stone and frame bank barn (1841), springhouse, carriage house, and a number of farm-related outbuildings."
