12 Feb 1895: Mrs. Henry Seifert was found dead in bed Monday morning at her residence a mile east of Mt. Zion. She was in feeble health for many months and her death was not unexpected. She was aged 80 years and 11 days. Services will be held on Friday morning in St. Mary's church, with interment at the cemetery of the church. Mrs. Seifert leaves to survive, her husband, a daughter and six sons. Two of the sons, Jonathan and Israel live at Mt. Zion and the others in Indiana and Michigan. [Lebanon Daily News]
