Excerpt -- Rowlesburg, W.Va., Sept. 1 -- Philip Ayersman, 81, died Wednesday at his home in Morgantown. He was born in Rowlesburg, the son of Philip and Mary (DeWitt) Ayersman, and is the last member of a family of seven sons. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Myrtle (Davis) Ayersman; three sons, Paul, of Virginia, Russell of Hammond, Ind., and Donald of Morgantown; and a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Sealey, or Morgantown. Burial in the Rowlesburg Cemetery.
