Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the. Shabbona Methodist Episcopal church. Rev. George Hill of North Branch, former pastor of the Cass City Methodist church, officiated. Interment was in Elkland cemetery.
Elizabeth Meredith was born on March 11, 1877, in Austin township, Sanilac county, where she resided until moving to Cass City in 1919.
She was united in marriage with Samuel T. Robinson December 8, 1897. Mr. and Mrs. Robinson moved to Shabbona a year ago.
She is survived by her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Joshua Sharrard and Mrs. Ben Watson, both of Hay Creek; Mrs. Hazen Patterson, Ellington; Mrs. Robert B. McConkey, Cass City; Mrs. David Robertson, Pontiac; and 13 grandchildren. She also leaves 4 sisters and 4 brothers, Mrs. Ed Styles, Arthur and Charles Meredith, Snover; Mrs. H. Lewis, Cass City; Mrs. Wilbur Meddaugh, Brown City; Mrs. George Ferguson, Shabbona; Albert Meredith, Care; and Emery Meredith, Pontiac.
Mrs. Robinson was a member of the CasS City Methodist church and was an active and willing worker in the various church departments.
