The Birmingham News, Thursday, 18 June 1936, Page 27: CAFFEE - Samuel Richmond Caffee, 73, of Bessemer, Route 4, died at a local hospital Wednesday night. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 am Friday at the residence, burial following in Caffee Cemetery. Brown-Service, Bessemer, in charge. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Valsie Caffee, one step-son G. S. Ray, a brother Ben Caffee, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Jane Russell.
