Death of Benjamin Hozhauer
Benjamin Hozhauer, a well known resident, died at 11:15 o'clock this morning at the home of his half brother, Mr. Henry G. Schneider, north Walnut street, after a long illness.
The deceased suffered a stroke of paralysis about a year ago and has since been confined to bed. He was born in this city December 6, 1860, and was in his 62d years. Besides Mr. Schneider he is survived by one brother, Mr. Gus Holzhauer, of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Louise Eckert, of Tiffin, Ohio, and a half sister, Miss Barbara Schneider, of this city.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Church Saturday morning at 8:30 o'clock and the interment will be in St. Joseph's cemetery, north Walnut street.

Funeral of Benjamin Holzhauer
Funeral services for the late Benjamin Holzhauer were conducted by Rev. Charles BIlger at St. Mary's Church at 8:30 o'clock this morning. A large number of relatives and friends were present for the services and St. Mary's choir furnished appropriate music. The interment was in St. Joseph's cemetery, north Walnut street, with the following gentlemen serving as pall-bearers: Messrs. John Voll, John Zimerer, Andrew Jacobs, Adam Schmidt, Frank Schram, Leo Schroeder, George Keller.
