Her infant child died a few days ago, and she has gradually grown worse since the birth of the child. The death of Mrs. Ahrens casts a gloom over this entire community.
She was a devoted wife, an affectionate mother and a good neighbor. She leaves a husband and three little children who mourn her untimely end.
