23 years ago the woman who gave me life left this world because God needed another Angel by his side. Anyone who met her knows that she was, in fact, an Angel in this world as well. Not once did I ever here anyone speak negatively of her. On the contrary, everyone I came in contact with always boasted about her. She would help anyone in need no matter color, much less rich or poor, whether they needed help getting to a doctor, clothing, translating, etc. You named it she helped in many, many ways and touched those lives in a caring manner. Let alone, all she did for her family. Aside from cooking full course meals, getting us ready for school, cleaning, and running the family business, she still made time to volunteer at our schools, games, and our church. I will never figure out how she managed to do so much, but nonetheless amazed! I was blessed to be her daughter and proud to call her "My Mommy!" I miss you and love you very much, but know you still live in my heart! ♡ Written by Lili Ruiz, Oct . 12, 2016
