Mr. Anderson was born November 28, 1911 at Asquith, SK and farmed before joining the Canadian Army during the Second World War.
He was a former member of the Army, Navy and Air Force, on Young St. and will be remembered for his wit and poetry, which will be missed by all who knew him.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his dear and longtime friend, Isabell; her daughter, Janet; one brother, Joe and one sister Amy, and nieces, Phyllis and Joyce.
Funeral service will be held in the Thomson Funeral Chapels, Broadway at Furby, Wednesday, June 3 at 11:00 a.m.. Interment in the Military Section, Brookside Cemetery.
