She was preceded in death by her parents, Polk and Emma Baxter.
She is survived by her brothers, Kyle Baxter and Keith Baxter, both of Del Rio, and Lloyd Baxter, of Absecon, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Bell Hill Church with the Rev. Bobby Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Bell Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home.
