Her last modeling job at age 89 was for a catalogue selling clothes for home-bound seniors. She also worked as a china buyer for a store in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri and for Brandeis Department Store in Omaha, Nebraska. Her cremains were placed next to the remains of her husband, Nicholas Luken, at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Phoenix.
