Dale A. Aichele, 78, of Toppenish died Thursday (Dec. 27, 2007) at Toppenish Community Hospital. Mr. Aichele was born in Milton-Freewater, Ore. He worked as an agricultural engineer for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, stationed at the Yakima Agency in Toppenish. After retiring, he sold real estate for Century 21.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Bowles of Yakima; a son, David Aichele of Moscow, Idaho; a brother, Murit Aichele of Yakima; a sister, Jean Holt of The Dalles, Ore.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A private family grave side service will be held in Mt. Hope Cemetery in College Place, Wash. Colonial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
