Little Falls — Mrs. Anna Vanek, 74, of 17 N. Second St., widow of John Vanek, died yesterday on the way to Little Falls Hospital, after being stricken with a heart attack in the P A C Grocery Store.
Born March 18, 1891, in MyJava, Czechoslovakia, a daughter of Paul and Anna Duga Hloska.
She came to Little Falls in 1907, where she was married to Mr. Vanek in 1908. He died in 1947.
She was employed many years by J. J. Gilbert Knitting Co., retiring eight years ago.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Steve (Elizabeth) Mocko, Little Falls; a sister, Mrs. John (Elizabeth) Klimek, Little Falls; two grandchildren, a great - grandchild; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
