He was united in marriage to Mary Jane Pickett on Oct. 23, 1913, and to this union were born five children, all of whom survive. They began their married life at Woodston, Kans., moving later to Oakley, Kans., on New Year's Day, 1919, where they lived until Mrs. Frazier's death in 1945.
For the last 20 years he was active in the livestock industry as a sale operator at Oakley and Quinter, and was still active at Hays, Kans., and McCook, Nebr., where he operated in partnership with his sons Gerald and Warren.
On Dec. 18, 1948, he was married to Fern Kincaid of Oakley, and they made their home in Quinter, Kans. On Sept. 22, 1956, their son, Max Kincaid Frazier was born, and he became the center of their home, and the joy of his father's later years.
He leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Fern, three sons and three daughters, namely Max of the home, Warren of McCook, Nebr.; Gerald of Hays, Kans.; Velma (Mrs. Wayne Dehart) of Albuquerque, N.M.; Velda (Mrs. Joe Albers) of Hays, Kans.; and Florence (Mrs. Homer Knipmeyer) of Pittsfield, Ill.
The following brothers and sisters survive: Noah Frazier, Oakley, Kans.; Harvey Frazier, Nampa, Idaho; Vernie, Bellingham, Wash.; Sylan, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Cora Nordyke, Portland, Ore.; Rev. Mrs. Sylvia Anderson, Newmand Grove, Nebr.; and Mrs. Margaret Brandt, Texas City, Texas.
