Roy Glenn Self of Aurora, Colorado, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, died May 11, 2001. He was 63.

Memorial services were Friday, May 25, 2001, at the Englewood Shrine Club. His body was donated to the Colorado State Anatomical Board.

His passions included, woodworking, engine mechanics, the Shriners, and of course...his family.

He was born Aug. 28, 1937, in Louisiana. On April 4, 1981, he married Trinna Williams in Denver.

He was a member of El Jebel Shrine in Englewood.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 20 years, Trinna; a son, Jeffrey (Susan) of Oakdale, LA.; a stepson, Chas; a stepdaughter, Paula; four brothers, Doyle, Jerry Don, Charles and Norman; two granddaughters; and two step-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Norman & Thelma (Dillard) Self, and a grandson, Thomas-Jeffrey "TJ" Self.

His cremated remains were delivered to his son, in 2003...for final disposition.
