AMELIA NIEBUHR
CAMAS – A 15 year resident of Camas,
Amelia B. Niebuhr, died at a Camas
convalescent home Wednesday. She was
86.
Born in Wisconsin on Feb. 25, 1890,
Mrs. Niebuhr was a member of the Lutheran
Church in Camas.
She is survived by four sons, Vern of
San Antonio, Tex., Charles and Harold, both
of Camas, and Melford of Benton City,
Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Georgia Hatch of
Salem, Ore.; a brother, Joe Harris of South
Carolina; 12 grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held
at Fern Prairie Cemetery Saturday at 11:30
a.m. The Rev. Burton Schroeder will
officiate. Brown'' Stoller Memorial Chapel
in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
