She had been a resident of Indianapolis, IN for over 60 years. She retired from Herff Jones in 1984 & was a member of Wesview Baptist Church.
Eria was preceded in death by: her parents, Andrew & Mollie Napier Osborne; her twin sister Edith Osborne; 2 sons, Kermitt Barger & Tommy Collins; 1 daughter Janice Dean Barger; sisters Dorothy Dowdy, Olma Everetts, Jean Tolk Kesler, Ethel Woods & Cynthia Joyce Daley; brothers Donald Osborne & James Andrew "Andy" Osborne.
She is survived by; 2 daughter Kathleen "Kathy" Fish & Billie Jean Sullivan; 2 sons Wayne Collins & Steve Collins; 50 grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren. Eria is also survived by 1 brother Amos Osborne of Hyden, KY along with several nieces & nephews.
Funeral Services for Eria Osborne Collins will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday January 31, 2009 at the Legacy Funeral Center at Memorial Park in Indianapolis, IN. The family will receive friends on Friday January 30, 2009 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
