LaRell Mitchell Rigby Allan passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2009 at Our House of Riverton Assisted Living Center in Riverton, Utah.
Born to Robert Lee Mitchell and Louisa Grace Rowan on June 16, 1914.
She married James Boyd Rigby on September 9, 1933. Later sealed in the Manti Temple for all eternity. He passed away in 1976. She was blessed with four children, Richard Fay Rigby, James Lee Rigby (deceased), Gayle Rigby Erickson and Shanna Rae Gardner, 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Later married Elvin H. Allan in November 1982 and added four children to her family, Cindy Forsyth, Timothy Allan (deceased), Gleneen Genther and Deandra Barrera, also 34 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
She had numerous callings in the LDS Church. Was well loved and will be greatly missed by all.
The Funeral will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 in the Fairview Third Ward Chapel at 12 noon with viewing from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. before the services. The Chapel is located at 131 East 100 North, Fairview, Utah.
Interment will be in the Fairview City Cemetery under the care of Rasmussen Mortuary.
