Ruth was the youngest of seven children born to Richard L. and Laura Jane (Moose) Poplin. She married George Oscar Fisher and they had one daughter: Mildred A.

* Note: Death certificate states that burial location was Oakwood Cemetery, but cemetery has no record of any burial. I am leaving memorial on site until I have any additional information. If anyone can assist on this subject please contact me.
