Mary Alderman, age 91, born in Lawrence, Mass. and formerly of Virginia for 45 years, died on Thursday, November 27, 2008. She was a homemaker and had lived in Spanish Fort for the past year.
Survivors include a daughter, Dora (Rob) Rouse of Spanish Fort, AL; 2 sons, Leon Alderman of Kentwood, Mich. and Marc Alderman of Alexandria, VA; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grand-daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008 at Matthysse, Kuiper, DeGraff Funeral Home in Grand Rapids, Mich. with burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Kentwood, Mich. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the SPCA.
