Lizzie Crabb Copeland
Garden City - Mrs. Lizzie Crabb Copeland, 93, died on Friday, November 8, at her daughters home.
Mrs. Copeland was born in Laurens County, but had lived in Garden City for the past 53 years. She was a member of the Jasper Springs Baptist Church and was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Copeland and a daughter, Rosalyn Dickerson.
Survivors: two daughters and a son-in-law, Cheryl and Hugh Elton of Pooler, and Joette Stripling of Kathleen, GA; ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral: 2:30 p. m. Sunday, November 10, at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel in Pooler.
Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim.
