Mrs. Force, Aged 80 Years, Passes
Mrs. Abbie Force, aged 80 years, passed away Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. W. Dickinson. Mrs. Force was born in Elkhart county, Indiana. In 1878 she moved with her family to Michigan. In 1885 the family moved to Kansas, returning to Michigan in 1899.
Mrs. Force, with her husband, came to Oregon in 1904. The husband passed away in Yamhill county in 1912, and since 1914 Mrs. Force has been residing here with her daughter.
Funeral services were held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, Rev. Morris Goodrich, pastor of the United Brethren church, officiating.
Mrs. Force is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lydia Blaisdell, of Manton, Mich. Two sisters and two brother residents of Indiana, also survive. The funeral was directed by S. E. Bartmess.

It was erroneously stated in last week's Glacier that the late Mrs. Abbie Force, whose funeral was held last Thursday, was the mother of Mrs. J. W. Dickinson. Mrs. Force was the mother of Mr. Dickinson.
