She was born Jan. 9, 1942, in Wayne, the daughter of Victor and Helen Kasl Havel.
She married Arthur Goppert on April 3, 1980. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Gerry Green, Fort Riley; three brothers, Gene Havel and Clair N. "Short" Havel, both of Cuba, and Victor Havel Jr., Fairbury, Neb.; and a sister, Dorothy Vanous, Cuba.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart-Surber Funeral Home in Belleville. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery near Talmo. Mrs. Goppert will lie in state from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. today and Sunday at the funeral home.
