Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy [Fairley] Goff, 93, of Leaf were held September 13 at 10 a.m. at Leaf Church of God.

She was a native and lifelong resident of Leaf. She was a homemaker and a member of the Leaf Church of God. She died September 11, 1997 at Glen Oaks Nursing Home, Lucedale, MS.

Survivors include five children; Ethan Goff of Gautier, M.L. Goff of Lucedale; Maurice Goff of Benndale and Preston Goff, Sr. and Mrs. Ester Welford, both of Rocky Creek. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Other survivors include three sisters, Thelma Byrd of Lucedale, Hattie Edwards of Leaf, and Ethelyn Havard of Rocky Creek.

Services were conducted by Rev. Bo Byrd and Rev. J. B. Davis. Interment was held in the Pipkins Cemetery with Sigler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
