Clifford Eads of Heltonville, IN, died Saturday, September 19, 1998, at Bloomington Hospital. Born on September 8, 1908, in Monroe County, IN, he was the son of George and Stella (Turner) Eads. He married Otha Hawkins and she died on January 21, 1993.
Surviving are three daughters: Beulah Prince of Bedford, IN, Olive Smith and Doris Murphy, both of Bloomington, IN; three brothers: Delbert Eads and Vassel Eads, both of Heltonville, IN, and Ermy Eads of Bedford, IN; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by this wife, three sisters: Goldie Deckard, Mamie Norman, and Truly Southern; and one brother, Gilbert Eads.
He was a quarry worker and was of Pentecostal faith.
Services for Clifford Eads will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 22nd, at Jones Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Eads officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
