BETHLEHEM - Mildred Allen, 104, formerly of Jackson Lane, died Monday, February 9, at Haven Health Care Center in Torrington, two weeks before her 105th birthday.
Miss Allen was born February 28, 1904, in Bridgeport, daughter of the late Charlie and Meta (Davis) Allen. She had worked at the Norwalk Veterinary Hospital.
A private burial will take place in Roxbury Center Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Friendship Baptist Church, 441 Torrington Rd., Litchfield 06759.
