GRANDBURY, Texas - Kenneth "Ken" Golightly, 82, of Granbury, Texas, died Thursday, July 27, 1995, at home. Services are set for 2 p.m. Sunda at Wiley Funeral Home Inc. in Granbury with the Rev. Bob Holloway officiating. Burial will be in Holly Hills Memorial Park, Granbury.
Arrangements are being made by Wiley Funeral Home Inc. in Granbury.
Mr. Golightly was born July 25, 1913, in Stephenville, Texas, and married Glendene Gault Oct. 8, 1938, in O'Donald, Texas. He was a Granbury/Actio resident for the past 11 years and a former resident of Odessa, Texas and Carlsbad for 38 years. He owned and operated several businesses in both towns and also worked in a bank in Odessa.
Mr. Golightly was a member of the Action United Methodist Church and had attended two years of college.
He was preceded in death by a daughter in 1950.
He is survived by his wife; son, Kenneth Ronald Golightly of San Antonio; daughter, Jynna Kay Guice of Carrollton, Texas; and five grandchildren.
