Mrs. Melinda Hitchcock Boyd, widow of James Boyd, of Bart township, died on Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Wingart, at Wilmington, Del., from apoplexy. She was born January 8, 1817, and before marriage was a Miss Hitchcock. Deceased was a member of the Oxford Presbyterian Church. The following children survive: Richard, of York; Mrs. James Wingart, of Wilmington; Mrs. Levis Craig, of Philadelphia; Mrs. J.W. Marrow of Bart township; Jeremiah and Nelson, of Bart township.
