Mrs. Adams was born January 7, 1942 in the Flowers Hospital in Livingston and died July 15, at her residence.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Corrigan and worked as a teacher's aide for Corrigan-Camden Elementary School.
She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Hefley; mother, May Louise Baker; brother, Archie Hefley and twin sister, Geraldine Hefley.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Sidney H. Adams of Corrigan; sons and daughters-in-law, Sidney Fox and Mona Adams of Diboll and John Quincy and Ramona Adams of Ruston, La.; daughter, Theresa Louise Nicholson of Corrigan; brother Shelton Hefley of Leggett; sister, Mary Evelyn Baker Thomas and husband Charles Dale Thomas of Lufkin; grandchildren, Heather Marie Nicholson and Cameron Nicole Adams and special friends Louise Kennedy, Jackie Stout, Dale Smith, Melissa Hubbard and Debbie Criswell.
