Alonzo Snook died instantly June 4, 1936 at the Arthur Hewitt farm on Oatka road when kicked by a horse and his chest was crushed. He was born in Orchard Park on December 6, 1860 the son the Henry F. and Lena Whitman Snook.
Surviving is a brother, George Snook of Mt. Morris. The funeral service was at Weeks Funeral Home with Rev. G. D. Miller officiating. Burial took place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Gainesville.
