Edward Krupa

MERIDEN - Edward Krupa, 77, of 1640 N. Colony Road, son of the late John and Caroline Krupa, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 1996, at Connecticut Hospice in Branford after a brief illness.

Born in Meriden on March 3, 1919, he had attended Meriden schools and was a lifelong resident of Meriden. Mr. Krupa was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church.

He is survived by four sisters, Mildred Markiewicz of Jensen Beach, Fla., Lucy Nursick of Meriden, Florence Nursick of Portland and Cecelia Docar of Southington; and three brothers, Leo, Theodore, and Henry Krupa all of Meriden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held on Friday at 8:15 a.m. from the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St., and at 9 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Church. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday (TODAY) from 5 to 8 p.m.
