Jane Turner Wilder is the daughter of Walter Melville Wilder and Almarinda Bradshaw (Burnett) Turner. She married Henry Oliver Wilder (Bn Illinois 1843) and the family remained in and around Ellis & Jack County, Texas for most of their lives. Children born to Jane and Henry Wilder are Henry Walter Wilder (1876), Edwin Alonzo Wilder (1877), Bertha Wilder (1882), Jesse Jay Wilder(1883), Claud Lawrence Wilder (1887) and Roy Wilder (aka LeRoy Wilder - 1889)

Jane Turner Wilder siblings: William Bradshaw Turner (aka W.B. 1852),Romeo Elliott (1854), Texanna (1855), Mary Pauline (18590, John Carroll (1863), James Jay (1865), Jesse Chrestian (1867), Marvin Bishop(aka M.B.) - 1871

Jane Turner has an older half sister, Margaret S. F. Burnett- Jackson (bn: 1844 - Georgia). This is the only child from her mother's first marriage to William Burnett ~1839. Almarinda was a widow when she married W.M. Turner.
