Ruth R. Soehlke, 81, died Feb. 15 in Conway, S.C.

She was born Nov. 6, 1921, in Salt Lake City. A homemaker, she was a former 43-year resident of Henderson and a member of the Henderson Women's Bowling League, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her daughter, Marianne McGarvey of Conway; sons, Tom Soehlke of Henderson and Richard Frederiksen of Bountiful, Utah; sisters, Lyn Roberts of Salt Lake City and Norma Pezely of Sacramento, Calif.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Palm Mortuary-Henderson followed by burial at Palm Memorial Park-Henderson. The family requests donations be made to Mercy Hospice in Conway.
