Keith E. Andrews Sr., 56, Fort Dodge, died on June 23, 2003, at Trinity Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. June 25, 2003, at Bruce's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Marvin Fortune officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today. Memorials will be directed to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include 4 sons and their wives, Ernie and Jody and Keith Jr. and Tammy, all of Fort Dodge, Jerrold and Lesley, Eagle Grove, and Ricky and Dawn, Humbolt; 1 daughter and her husband Kolette and Francis Wilson, Fort Dodge, and honorary son Thomas "TJ" Schwebach, Fort Dodge; 23 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 3 brothers, William Andrews Sr., Duncombe, Narland Andrews, Kalo, and Gary Andrews Sr., Fort Dodge; and 1 sister Mercedes Schwering, Lehigh. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Gloria.
Keith Edward Andrews Sr. was born Jan. 29, 1947, in Fort Dodge, to William and Loretta (Grossnickle) Andrews. He attended school in Evanston. He was united in marriage to Gloria Howard on Nov. 7, 1964, in Fort Dodge. He was employed with Lehigh Sewer Pipe and later IBP in Fort Dodge, before retiring as a heavy equipment operator for gypsum mining. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and antiquing.
