Lived on the old McIntire farm where all of their children were born until 1867 when they moved with family to Champaigne County , Ohio. (IL?) Spring of 1869 moved to Hartford City, Indiana and from there to Halstead, KS, Harvey County in Feb 1879 and lived on a farm in Halstead. After Mother's death in 1879 he made his home with his son, Turner McIntire and family at Halstead KS and moved with them to Mt Hope, Kansas in the Spring of 1895 where he lived the rest of his life, where he died November 3, 1905 and was buried at the Mt Hope KS Cemetery beside his wife. He was buried at the Fairview Cemetery, north of Halstead and later moved to the Mt Hope Cemetery.
