Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtle (Bain) Allison, who died Tuesday, July 1, 1947, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, were held this morning at 10 o'clock in the Wagoner First Methodist Church with the Rev. A. S. Cameron, retired pastor, officiating. Mrs. Allison and her husband, the late William Allison, moved to Wagoner about two and one-half years ago from Fort Gibson, where Mr. Allison was in the mercantile business. He was associated with the Hinds Mercantile here at the time of his death.
Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were George C. Ogle and L. P. Wood, of Tahlequah; E. H. McCune, Muskogee; M. M. Black, Tulsa and Jim Coats and Grover Jennings, of Wagoner.
Mrs. Allison is survived by two brothers, Upshire Bain of Siloam springs, Arkansas and Oscar Bain, Prairie Grove, Arkansas and three sisters, Mrs. Cora Campbell, Prairie Grove, Arkansas; Mrs. Stella Watson, Tulsa, and Mrs. Beulah Hannah, Springdale, Arkansas.
