Co. D, 39th Wisconsin Infantry

A resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he enlisted as a Private on 01 Jun 1864 and mustered into his Regiment on the same date. He was mustered out of service on 22 Sep 1864 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He applied for a pension on 21 Nov 1891 from Washington state. He died on 18 May 1906. His wife, Louisa C., applied for a widow's pension in 1907 from South Dakota.
