Anna was born to Godfred and Anna (Mauer) Schuepbach on May 18, 1918 in Exeter Township near Monticello, WI. She attended the Wallace Rural School between Monticello and New Glarus. She married Glen Arthur Anderson on February 15, 1938 in Dubuque, IA. She was an active member of the Adams Lutheran Church in rural Argyle and the Women of the ELCA. She loved gardening and growing flowers all her live and quilting with her mother in her earlier years.
